Types: Pre-service Training & Retraining

Training Content:
Basic Knowledge Training: To let employees informed of the basic information about the company including its developing strategy, developing target, business policy, business status, rules and regulations, as well as to enhance their awareness to the involvement and their spirit of master.
Basis Skill Training: To let employees have a good master of his or her on-position skills such as negotiating skills, operating skills, social skills, as well as to tap their latent capabilities.
Mental Outlook Training: To boost employee's morale, arouse their fighting will, make them keep good mental outlook, encourage the team spirit, promote mutual confidence between the company and employees, enhance employees' sense of pride, and enable them to keep loyalty to the enterprise.
