The plastic dual-pipe extrusion machine set (traditionally called as pipe drawing machine) offers high efficient, reliable way to produce hard pipes, which, incorporating the dual-pipe extrusion design, is composed of single-screw or tapered twin-screw extruder, vacuum molding system, dual-hauling mechanism, and synchronal cutter. Combining independently controlling different mechanism with cooperatively controlling the whole system, ZXSG is capable of guaranteeing high product quality, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, and stable performances. Such pipe drawing machine is suitable for the use to produce high quality hard UPVC pipe material products, PVC fireproof pipes, PVC draining pipes, as well as PE, PP, PS, ABS hard pipe material products.
